The faculty of the Debbie Strang Dance Center are professionally trained dancers. As a studio, we consider dance to be a living art and we maintain our education by attending master classes and conventions both locally and nationally. All of our adult and student teachers  promote a positive and upbeat approach to teaching and by doing so, instill in every student a love of dance!

Debbie Strang (Owner/ Artistic director/ Choreographer) has more than 25 years experience as a dancer. Shortly after she began dancing, she was chosen as one of the youngest assistants ever at her studio. One year later, Debbie's talents as a teacher and choreographer were recognized and she was given her own classes to teach and choreograph and she has been teaching ever since.
As a young dancer, Debbie won numerous awards in competition. Since  opening her own studio Debbie's students have continued in the tradition making her very proud!
Students of the Debbie Strang Dance Center have gone on to own dance studios, direct dance companies, and become live performers including  Patriots Cheerleaders!

Gail Strang (Owner/Business Manager)  With more than 20 years experience in Dance Studio Management, Gail is responsible  for keeping all aspects of the Starlet Academy and the DSDC running smoothly. Gail does it all from registering students to ordering costumes and keeping the books. She even lends a hand as curtain operator at our annual show! Please feel free to speak with Gail regarding any of your concerns.
